Hannah in Motion

This is perfect for someone who wants independence in their own training but still wants guidance through their fitness journey. 

This will include personalised programming, Everfit, fortnightly check-ins, program adjustments, technique feedback, progress tracking and ongoing support. 

A 30-minute consultation is essential, either by phone, Zoom, or face-to-face; you will be billed $100 per fortnight.

A personalised nutrition strategy built around your goals, lifestyle and current eating habits. Includes practical nutrition targets, meal structure, hydration, food options and strategies you can realistically maintain.

Nutrition Blueprint

A 45-minute assessment covering your goals, training history, health screening and movement to help establish the right approach for your training.

Initial Consult to work through goals, previous exercise history and injuries. 

This session will be half a discussion and some gym floor work.

FREE Initial Consult

Training and nutrition coaching brought together in one personalised service. 

Receive individual programming, nutrition guidance, fortnightly check-ins, ongoing adjustments, education and accountability through Everfit.

This is an 8 week minimum commitment; and you get billed 140 a fortnight

Ongoing nutrition support designed to help you turn your plan into sustainable habits. Includes your initial consultation and Nutrition Blueprint, fortnightly check-ins, progress tracking, adjustments, education and accountability.

Price is $80 per fortnight, and this is an 8-week minimum commitment.

Online Nutrition Coaching - - Minimum coaching period applies

A full 60-minute personalised training session with additional time for coaching, technique, strength, fitness and individual training needs.
